The 2018 Dodge Charger grades are powered by four different engines, to make sure you have as much power as you could need or want. The 3.6L Pentastar V6 engine is a standard award winner and it works alongside the TorqueFlite eight-speed automatic transmission to produce up to 300 horsepower, 264 lb-ft of torque and up to 30 highway mpg. The 5.7L HEMI V8 engine delivers up to 370 horsepower, 395 lb-ft of torque and up to 25 highway mpg. The 392 HEMI V8 engine delivers 485 horsepower and 475 lb-ft of torque.
The famed supercharged 6.2L HEMI SRT Hellcat V8 engine makes the 2018 Dodge Charger the fastest, quickest, most-powerful sedan in the world. The SRT Hellcat is the only grade to have this legendary engine, and it delivers 707 horsepower and 650 lb-ft of torque.
Along with incredible performance, the 2018 Doge Charger has that clear muscle car sound, thanks to its Active Exhaust. Active Exhaust is a 2.75-inch electronically controlled exhaust system that is standard on all HEMI V8 Charger models.
Some other notable standard and available features of the 2018 Charger are an available BeatsAudio sound system for premium sound quality, as well as more than 80 available safety and security features.
