2017 Jeep Compass Trailhawk Features

The 2017 Jeep Compass Trailhawk is a boss off the road. It dominates any terrain it tackles with its legendary Jeep 4×4 capabilities and looks so good off the beaten path.
2017 ushered in a new design for the SUV and we couldn’t love it any more at Landers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Little Rock, Arkansas. We’ve professed our love for the 2017 Jeep Compass a lot, but we haven’t told you much about the Trailhawk model. Keep reading to see why this model is such a stud.
The Trailhawk is just one of the many 2017 Jeep Compass models. It’s powered by the 2.4L Tigershark I-4 engine with the MultiAir2 electro-hydraulic, fully variable valve-action system. Since the Trailhawk is a 4×4, the engine is paired with a class-exclusive nine-speed automatic transmission.
The Trail Rated 4×4 system is what makes the 2017 Jeep Compass Trailhawk the best in its class. The 4×4 system includes:
• Standard Jeep Active Drive Low 4×4 20:1 crawl ratio
• Select-Terrain with Auto, Snow, Sand, Mud and exclusive Rock mode
• Increased ride height of almost one inch, skid plates and Jeep signature red front and rear tow hooks

• Unique fascias with 30-degree approach angle, 24-degree breaker angle and a 34-degree departure angle
• Hill-descent Control
• Aggressive 17-inch off-road tires
• Up to 19 inches of water fording
• Up to 2,000 pounds towing capability
The 2017 Jeep Compass Trailhawk even looks like it’s a monster off-roader. The available two-tone black roof and black hood graphic set the Trailhawk apart from other 2017 Jeep Compass models. The Trailhawk also has red contrast stitching and red accents throughout the cabin, making its interior just as eye-catching as the exterior.
We’ve barely even scratched the surface on the awesome features that make the Trailhawk one of our favorite Jeeps for adventures. If you’re ready to find out more, check out our inventory or get in touch and we’ll set you up with a test drive!
