2018 Ram 1500 Has One of Autotrader’s “Best Interiors”

Most people may not think “best interior” when they think about the Ram 1500. But the fact is, it’s got soft leather, tons of space, a massive touchscreen and so much other tech. The interior of the 2018 Ram 1500 is so good, that Autotrader named it one of the 10 Best Car Interiors Under $50,000 this year. Plus, it’s the ONLY truck on the list.

“What’s on the inside of a car is arguably as important as what’s on the outside, since drivers and passenger spend all their travel time here,” Autotrader Managing Editor Tara Trompeter said. “Although there’s an all-new, fully redesigned 2019 Ram set to debut soon, we’re still smitten with the interior in the outgoing 2018 model. As you escalate through the Ram’s trim levels, the interior improves, with some top-end models offering luxury car levels of comfort and sophistication.”

Autotrader puts out a list of 10 vehicles with the best interiors, after reviewing the latest models under $50,000, each year. The 2018 Ram 1500 is the only pickup truck to make the list this year. Editors rate vehicle interiors based on materials quality, comfort and logic of use.

“Ram trucks have earned a reputation for long-lasting reliability, hard-working capability, comfort and refinement,” Head of Ram Brand Mike Manley said in a press release. “We are pleased that the Ram 1500 has been recognized among the industry’s best interiors, and proud to be the only truck to earn this distinction.”
