7 Movies and TV Shows with Jeeps
Right now, you’re probably spending a lot of time at home if you’re practicing social distancing. We’re crazy about Jeeps, and we’re always excited to see them featured in movies and TV shows. For your viewing pleasure, here are some of our favorite films and shows featuring Jeeps!
Jurassic Park (1993)
The Jeep in “Jurassic Park” may be the most iconic Jeep in any film. You’ve gotta watch it just for the scene where a Wrangler outruns a T-Rex!
The Walking Dead (2010-2020)
This zombie-thriller has a 1979 Jeep Cherokee SJ. If you haven’t watched “The Walking Dead” yet, prepare yourself for an unending Zombie Apocalypse that you just can’t look away from, no matter how gruesome. At least it will make you feel optimistic about the current state of affairs!
Breaking Bad (2008-2013)
Another show that you will probably finish before the quarantine comes to an end! The story centers around a high school Chemistry teacher that starts a meth lab in an RV after discovering he has terminal cancer. It sounds like a major bummer, but we promise it’s awesome. Plus, there’s a 2006 Jeep Commander and a 1991 Jeep Grand Wagoneer!
The Goonies (1985)
“The Goonies” is a classic that the whole family can enjoy together! Watch for the 1984 Jeep Wrangler.
Gilmore Girls (2000-2007)
If you’re looking for a light-hearted escape, Gilmore Girls might be your show. It’s quip, witty dialogue will keep you on your toes, and the characters will draw you in like flies to honey. This show is comfort food, so it’s just what you need if you’re isolated from your friends. You can’t miss the Jeep, either. Lorelai drives a 2000 Wrangler!
Clueless (1995)
This nineties teen romance is a wacky blast from the past! You probably remember the “loqued out” 1994 Jeep Wrangler her dad got her. It’s too bad she failed miserably on her driving test.
Back to the Future (1985)
Marty McFly grabs the back of the Jeep CJ-7 to hitch a ride using his skateboard! If your kids still haven’t seen this movie, now is the perfect time to show it to them!
