Cabins at Petit Jean State Park
Petit Jean State Park was Arkansas’s first state park and it is loaded with history, geology and beautiful views! The park has 125 campsites and 33 cabins. 21 of the cabins include kitchens, and if you’re feeling extra glam, you can choose to stay in the luxury secluded cabin that includes a hot tub! If you have a dog, you can stay in the dog-friendly cabins. Just a short distance from your cabin is the swimming pool at Mather lodge and hiking and biking trails.
Mount Magazine is Arkansas’s highest point at 2,753 feet. Visitors come from far and wide to experience the sweeping views, outdoor sports, horseback riding, mountain biking and more! The Lodge at Mount Magazine offers 60 guest room, the Skycrest restaurant, a conference room, business center, heated indoor pool, fitness center and game room. The lodge offers gorgeous views of the Petit Jean River Valley and is a top choice for a relaxing weekend or romantic getaway.
Cabins at Mount Nebo State Park
Mount Nebo State Park near Dardanelle offers 14 miles of mountain biking and hiking trails and quant buildings and structures built by the Civilian Conservation Corps in the 1930s. Positioned along a bluff on the 1,350-foot Mount Nebo are 15 rustic cabins with large stone fireplaces, full kitchens and spa tubs. The park offers two pavilions for large gatherings and a swimming pool.
Lake Ouachita is Arkansas’s largest lake with over 40,000 acres of clean, spring-fed water. Surrounded by the beautiful Ouachita National Forest, Lake Ouachita is the perfect place to escape this spring and summer to relax and cool off. The park offers full-service cabins with satellite television, heat and air conditioning, full kitchens, cookware and dinnerware. Select cabins are dog friendly so your furry friends can tag along, too!
