Bemis Honey Bee Farm started with five hives, dedicated to pollinating and improving their existing tree farm. Quickly, Bemis Honey Bee Farm grew into a sprawling collection of hives and a source of information for locals interested in learning more about beekeeping. And, thus, the Arkansas Honey Festival was created.
Located just outside of Little Rock, Bemis Honey Bee Farm is open to the public and entry into the Honey Festival is completely free! Gear up for a day filled with delicious honey, informative workshops, fun for the kids and live music! The 2019 Arkansas Honey Festival is happening this Saturday, October 8, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Stop by the Bemis Honey Farm Classroom and partake in an educational session to start off your Honey Festival experience!
