Jeep Introduces the Grand Wagoneer Concept
Born in America in 1962, the Jeep Wagoneer evolved to the Grand Wagonner in 1984 and quickly sped ahead of the competition. The all-new Grand Wagoneer Concept was introduced on September 3, 2020 in Detroit, marking the rebirth of an American icon. Mystifying and sophisticated, the Grand Wagoneer Concept not only offers a modern take on the classic, but it provides a vision of what the ultimate SUV experience can be. You shouldn’t have to sacrifice the luxurious interior, impeccable styling and advanced features you’d expect from most premium SUVs on the market to have Jeep’s world-renowned capability. Finally, the Jeep Grand Wagoneer is here to say: you can have it all, with a third row to boot.
So are you wondering what to expect from the 2021 Jeep Grand Wagoneer? The Grand Wagoneer will be equipped with an advanced electric-vehicle powertrain and Jeep’s leading 4×4 capability for a thrilling, on- and off-road experience that is zero-emission and near silent. Inside, the Grand Wagoneer offers a spacious interior featuring premium materials that highlight its legacy of American craftsmanship, and, for the first time ever, a modern Jeep features third row seating. As for its new look, the Jeep Grand Wagoneer Concept wears the new exterior paint Arctic Ice and a classic seven-slot Jeep grille in Obsidian Black. Each slot on the grille features intricate lattice work while the whole grille is surrounded by LED lighting that will leave jealous onlookers entranced. LED projector lights sit on either side of the grille surrounded by genuine teak wood. For the final touch, raised illuminated letters spell out “Grand Wagoneer” just above the grille.
