Off-Roading at the Hot Springs ORV Park

Springtime in Arkansas is glorious: the sun is shining (most of the time), the birds are singing, the flowers are blooming and adventure is calling your name. This year, springtime activities may look a little different. Most of us are cooped up inside practicing safe social distancing and running out of ways to stay entertained. Thankfully, you can still follow CDC guidelines while enjoying the best that the Natural State has to offer. This spring and summer, get your Jeep ready and head to the Hot Springs ORV park for some off-roading fun!
Learn More About the Hot Springs ORV Park
The Hot Springs Off Road Vehicle Park is a 1,254-acre trail system for 4×4’s, UTV’s, ATV’s, Dirt Bikes, and mountain bikes in Hot Springs, Arkansas. The park offers miles of trails of different types rated for all skill levels. Most of the terrain is hard-packed and rocky with changes in elevation, making it perfect for an exciting off-road 4×4 experience!

In February, we ventured to the Hot Springs ORV Park with three Jeeps ready to tackle some trails. We took with us the 2020 Wrangler Rubicon, the 2020 Gladiator Rubicon and the 2020 Grand Cherokee Trailhawk, and we had a blast! These 4x4s dominated the trails thanks to Jeep’s legendary capability.

Plus, these three vehicles proudly wear Jeep’s “Trail Rated” badge. Each Jeep that has this badge has gone through extensive testing in the following categories:
- Traction: Trail Rated vehicles are built with the traction to withstand the toughest terrain and the most wicked snow storms.
- Water Fording: Water fording refers to a vehicle’s ability to traverse bodies of water that other vehicles could never even attempt. Body openings and electrical connections are sealed and the air intake is positioned higher to protect your vehicle when driving through large streams, creeks or puddles.
- Maneuverability: Trail Rated Jeeps have excellent maneuverability thanks to precision steering and optimized wheel bases, allowing you to stay on track and swiftly dodge obstacles with no issues.
- Articulation: Maximum suspension flexibility means your Jeep’s wheels will have higher levels of articulation and stay firmly engaged when one or more tires is off the road.
- Ground Clearance: Trail Rated ground clearance guarantees that you’ve got plenty of room under your vehicle to drive over rocks and logs without underbody damage so you can take on anything in your path.
