The 2013 Ram Truck commercial, “Farmer”, tugged at all of our heart strings. The commercial uses as audio the “So God Made a Farmer” a speech given by radio broadcaster Paul Harvey at the 1978 Future Farmers of America convention while featuring images of rural America. The powerful message of Harvey’s speech still rings true to many Americans today, and it makes us truly grateful for the men and women who tend our soil and put food on our plates.
