Arkansas is arguably one of the most beautiful places on earth, and fall is one of the most beautiful times of year in the natural state! Whether you’re making your daily commute or heading out on a joyride, each drive will be a wondrous exhibit of fall foliage! We at Landers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram here to share with you our favorite locations to see beautiful fall foliage in Arkansas this year. Get your PSL ready and read on!

Stout’s Point in Morrilton, AR

Located in Petit Jean State Park on Mount Petit Jean, Stout’s Point offers a panoramic of the surrounding landscape. You don’t need to take a difficult hike to be rewarded with these views, either. The overlook is handicap accessible and has a small parking lot so you can just hop out of your car and enjoy!

Pinnacle Mountain

Tucked away in west Little Rock, Pinnacle mountain offers beautiful views of LIttle Rock and Central Arkansas. This hike is not for the faint of heart, but it is worth the cardio to see the masterpiece of Central Arkansas painted in hues of red, orange and yellow!

Hobbs State Park-Conservation Area

Hobbs State Park-Conservation Area is the largest state park in Arkansas spanning 12,054 acres! This day-use park has 36 miles of trails for hiking, mountain biking and horseback riding that will be sporting fall colors in just a few weeks! If you’re interested in backpacking, the park also offers 5 primitive campsites with tent sites and metal grills.

Blanchard Springs

When you think of Blanchard Springs, you probably don’t think about fall foliage. The springs make a beautiful backdrop for autumn leaves and nearby Mountain View, home of the Arkansas Folk Festival, is also dressed in autumn’s finest colors. You may even get to hear some folk tunes while you’re there!

Pig Trail Scenic Byway

The Pig Trail National Scenic Byway runs through the forested Boston mountains region of the Arkansas Ozark Mountains. The trail is blooming with wildflowers in spring and summer and adorned in vibrant autumn foliage in the fall. To experience this 19-mile drive yourself, take I-40 north from Little Rock. Take exit 35 to get on Arkansas State Highway 23 through Franklin County to its intersection with Arkansas Highway 16 at Brashears in Madison County.
