Where to Watch Fireworks Around Little Rock for the 4th of July
2020 has been a rollercoaster of a year and we have only lived through half of it so far! We know we’ve said this dozens of times already, but “things look a little different this year.” This statement applies to just about every summer activity, including your Fourth of July celebrations. Even if you have to practice social distancing, you can still enjoy an old-fashioned, patriotic fireworks show. The annual downtown Little Rock show is cancelled this year, but there are still several fireworks shows planned all over the Little Rock metro. Read on to find a show close to you!
Drive-In Fireworks Show in Benton, AR
On Thursday, July 2nd, the city of Benton is hosting a drive-in fireworks show! Guests are invited to view the display from inside their vehicles in the parking lots surrounding the River Center. You may also bring a folding chair and sit outside your vehicle while safely distanced from other attendees. If you choose to exit your vehicle, you are encouraged to wear a face covering. The show will begin at 9:30 PM and music for the show will be played on FM 88.9.

Big Bang on the Range Fireworks Show in Jacksonville, AR
Big Bang on the Range is an annual event at the Jacksonville Shooting Sports Complex and features live music, food trucks, a kids area and of course, a fireworks display! There is plenty of room on the range for attendees to spread out and stay safely distanced, and all AR Department of Health guidelines for COVID-19 will be enforced. The event is on July 4th from 5:00 PM-9:00 PM and entrance is free.

Independence Day Fireworks Over Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs, AR
Just a short drive from Little Rock, Hot Springs will be hosting a fireworks show on Lake Hamilton. The fireworks will be launched from barges on the middle of Lake Hamilton on the east side of Highway 7 at the first Highway 7 bridge opposite the Doubletree Hotel in Hot Springs. Those who wish to watch the fireworks from the lake are encouraged to keep a safe distance from the launching area. The event is on July 4th from 8:30-9:30 PM, and music synced to the show will be played on FM 97.5.

Pops on the Prairie Drive-In Fireworks Show in Lonoke, AR
The city of Lonoke is hosting a drive-in fireworks show on Friday, July 3rd from 8:30-9:30 PM. The fireworks will be launched from Front Street and Honeysuckle Lane and guests are advised to park downtown, set-up in the back of a truck, or socially distance themselves along the rail-trail. Tune in to 87.9 FM for themed music!

4th Fest Parade and Fireworks in Maumelle, AR
The city of Maumelle is hosting their annual 4th Fest Parade and Fireworks celebration this Saturday! While there will be no parade walkers, booths or vendors this year, there is still a drive-through parade and fireworks display! The parade will begin at 4:00 PM and guests are encouraged to decorate their vehicle in true American style! The fireworks display will begin at 9:30 PM at Lake Willastein. Social distancing is strongly encouraged.
