Jeep was created almost 20 years before Barbie. The first “Jeep” was created just before the U.S. joined the war, and Barbie was introduced to America in 1959. That didn’t stop the company from creating a paint that Barbie would be proud of. Up the intensity factor with the newly available 2021 Jeep Wrangler paint. More magenta than power pink, the Tuscadero paint is there to slice through its environment. Jeep wanted to provide an exclusive color to celebrate their 80th anniversary and chose to make their iconic vehicle even more so.

If you’re wondering where the name “Tuscadero” came from, the consensus agrees it is a reference to Pinky Tuscadero from Happy Days. This would make sense as Happy Days ran during the ‘70s and early ‘80s, and Jeep’s goal with the Tuscadero paint is to honor the past by incorporating it with the new.
The Jeep Wrangler can stand out on its own. Make your Jeep an extension of your personality, not just another vehicle on the road. If you are interested in owning your own pink 2021 Wrangler, don’t let the pink Jeep blend into the sunset.
The price to add this pop of color to your Wrangler is $395 and can be added at the factory.
We’re a huge fan of being able to customize vehicles, and now we’re curious as to your thoughts on the Tuscadero color. What do you think of the new paint?
